Deposition Videocasting:

Through videocasting, or streaming, your deposition can be viewed and heard, live as it happens, securely over the internet. Videocasting is not a complete substitute for conducting your deposition in person. However, for parties who find themselves facing the expenses of travel, hotel accommodations, and lost time, merely to see and hear the deposition, videocasting can offer a tremendous savings. With password protected entry to our internet videocasting site, only those with authorization to attend the session are provided with access. But almost anyone with a personal computer or laptop and an internet connection has all the equipment they need to participate.

• There is no need to bring the entire litigation team to each and every deposition. Supervising partners, Case Managers, and  Paralegals can see and hear the deposition, live as it happens, from their own office in another city, another state, or another country. Likewise, your clients - when appropriate - can be permitted to view the deposition as well.
